Order Cancellation

Eligibility for Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within a short period after they have been placed. We typically allow cancellations within [1-2] hours of placing the order. This time frame may vary based on order processing and shipping schedules.

 How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. You can reach us by emailing info@thepowerbliss.com with the subject line “Order Cancellation Request.” Provide your order number and details of your request.

 

 Cancellation Process

 Confirmation: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm whether the order has been successfully canceled. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

Refunds: If your order is successfully canceled before it has been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow [5-7] business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

 

 Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

 Processed or Shipped Orders: Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, you will need to follow our Return Policy for returning the items and obtaining a refund.

Custom or Personalized Items: Orders for custom or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once they are in production. These items are typically non-refundable, except as required by law.

 

 Changes to Orders

 Order Modifications: If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change the shipping address or update the items), please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications can only be made if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Additional Charges: Changes to orders may result in additional charges or adjustments to your total order amount. We will inform you of any changes before processing your request.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, replacement, or refund, you need to share a product video with info@thepowerbliss.com, along with your invoice (for replacement) or account details (for a refund). Our Operations team will review and schedule a pickup of the product. If the return is approved, we will process the replacement or refund accordingly.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, your amount will be automatically refunded to your provided account details within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@thepowerbliss.com.
